Buy
or prepare the graham cracker
crust and have ready.
Mix
Jell-O in mixer bowl. Jane
suggests using ice to speed up the
setting process...see box for
directions
When
Jell-O is semi set, whip with
mixer till frothy and color is
less intense. Add the cream
cheese and continue to mix.
Add more cream cheese if desired.
When
the cream cheese is blended in,
stop the mixer and fold in by hand
the Cool Whip and pecans. And
empty into prepared crumb crust.
Refrigerate
till Jell-O is set (several
hours).
Jane
named this after a small child she
baby sat for many years ago.
The little girl dubbed it Wiggle
Pie when it wiggled as she cut her
fork into it. Since then it
has brought lots of wiggle fun to
Jane and her family and friends.
