Platinum Embroidery Presents ......
DIGITIZERS FEATURED DESIGNS

Instead of a set category, the Platinum Designers submitted their choice
of design for the month of June. You would think from a category standpoint
that we would all have something different, but, we're sure you've heard the old
saying, "Great minds think alike" .... and that is exactly what we did. We all
submitted florals. It is a nice varied selection though. The Platinum Designers
invite you to come and peruse our garden of country, elegant, and heirloom florals.

THE POWER OF THE PIN ... a little pinprick of a tip.

Look closely at the top photo. Can you see it? I hope not. Perhaps you were thinking those long quilters pins were only good for quilting but I use them for much more. Such as hanging the artificial raspberry vines around my kitchen ceiling. I just lightly hammer a pin through the vines here and there. They hold great but the nice thing about these pins .... If I decide to take down my berry vines, I won't have nail holes all over the walls. Those pins barely leave a hole and they are certainly strong enough to hold up my vines. Even when I hit them occasionally with the vacuum for a good dusting. Pins even work for light weight pictures too. This lil' pinprick of a tidbit compliments of Mother Hen's Quilt Embroideries

p.s. The sign above my kitchen desk area says
"Thou Shalt Not Whine." Just a gentle reminder for all others living in the house. And yes, it is right across from the dinner table! I believe that is called strategic placement.
