Boneless Mango Chicken Breasts

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 - 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Tropicana Peach Papaya Mango Juice (in the fresh juice department)

DIRECTIONS

  • Place chicken and juice in a large Ziploc bag and let marinate for 2 hours.
  • Remove chicken from bag and set aside juice.
  • In a large skillet, brown the chicken until golden on each side.
  • Add the remaining juice from the bag to the skillet and steam until most all of the juice is gone.
  • Serve with broiled asparagus and new potatoes.
